bonjour à tous, et merci pour votre aide et merci à Jérome de Sant Pau qui va nous aider lors de notre prochain voyage dans le tohoku et son aide grâce à un article dans "EL Pais", mais nous ne serons pas tout seul pour notre prochain voyage car Monsieur Nakamura qui était présent lors du dernier voyage sera avec une équipe d'Osaka, un chef de Ramen très connu à Osaka et un chef de Yakitori également très connu au japon.

Et bien sûr je serai présent avec Jérome avec des jambons crus d'espagne, de l'eau, des fromages, des cuisses de canard confites, et autres vin blanc de chez Georges Blanc offert gracieusement par le GROUPE OENON.

ET AUSSI LE 14 JUILLET A KORIYAMA AVEC L'AMBASSADE FRANCE ET PAS MOINS DE 20 CHEFS POUR UN BUFFET CHAMPETRE OFFERT PAR L''AMBASSADE A TOUS LES SINISTRES DE CETTE REGION.

Dear All, 

Thanks for all your support, also thanks to Jerome of Sant Pau who will join us for the next Takidashi (serving meals) in Tohoku region and an article in “EL Pais”. We will also be with M. Nakamura of restaurant Nagahori who participated in the last Takidashi at Ishinomaki-city and this time, he will come with chefs of very famous Ramen and Yakitori restaurants.

I will bring with Jerome, Spanish ham, cheese, duck, fresh water and white win of Georges Blanc offered generously by OENON Group.

Attention! This year, French Embassy in Japan decided to organize one of France’s most important days “14 juillet” at Koriyama-city, Fukushima Prefecture. More than 20 chefs will be there to offer buffet meals to evacuees of the region.

平素より私達の支援活動にご理解とご協力いただき、ありがとうございます。

７月に予定している石巻での炊き出しに、レストラン・サンパウのジェロームに参加してもらうことになりました。また彼の協力により、スペイン”EL Pais”紙に私達の活動についての記事を掲載いただきました。本当にありがとうございます。その他７月の参加メンバーは、前回の中村さん（大阪・ながほり）、大阪のラーメンと焼き鳥で著名なシェフお二人、そしてもちろん私も参加します。

すでにスペインの生ハム、チーズ、鴨肉、ミネラルウオーター、そしてオエノングループからGeorges Blancの白ワインを提供いただきました。ここに深くお礼申し上げます。

そして、今年は在日フランス大使館が"14 juillet"を福島県郡山市で開催することを決定しました。当日は20名以上のシェフが参加しブッフェスタイルの食事を被災された方達にご提供する予定です。
